I was kind of bummed out when the day started but you guys helped turn it around.  Smoked my last one an hour go.  Expect to begin perspiring in about an hour or two.

HA! A couple I haven't actually seen before! Love that motorcycle picture: "Honey, I refinished the hardwood like you asked!".

All the best on your quittin'. First couple of weeks are rough. I'm 4 months smoke-free now and glad to be done with it. Stupid habbit. Now spending my savings on car parts which is a far far more expensive habbit.

I quit "puffin" begining of April. I can't believe how much money I "was" spending & now thats in my pocket!!! Feel 100 o/o better, I did it "COLD TURKEY" but the key is "YOU HAVE TO WANT TO QUIT" 1st two weeks were HELL but after that it got easyer, still get a "craving" every once & awhile but strong will power will get you through it!!!!!

Not quite 24 hours  clean.  Shakes haven't begun.  Told my colleague to chain me up in basement after 6 p.m.  Will start sprountin' fur after dark.  Howl. Howl.  Howl.
