They sell them at Impala parts places ... Impala Bobs etc. Repro caps & labels also.

Do you need the metal holder too?  I have a couple. 
The caps and paper labels are different for different years.

I have several of these bottles in the shop.  I do not have a bracket and I don't think they have labels on them.
Anyone wants one, just pay the postage from U.S.  PM me,  Norm

 The brackets were still available from GM a couple of years back... I bought 5-6 of them just to have..... I can get the number if you want??

These bottles are repopped. As are the caps and labels. As someoneelse mentionned there are different labels by year and application.
Believe the original bottles have CANADA as raised print on the bottom.

Hi!

You also can find a brand new kit on Ebay at the item #260659950704. The seller has the cap and label appart if you only need one of them.

it is in one piece...good.......the screws are taped to the bracket, if you missed them.
