Its been for sale since the mid-summer, i've driven past it a few times, but never inquired on price... my guess, as carl has hinted is that he's over priced since its still for sale and he has no price listed...

i'm going to guess a realistic price at $9k? I'll bet he's asking over $14k....

I have called the ph # three time and no return call ????
 I did not know that 307 came as an SD confuse

No, I think it's safe to say it's likely not an SD.
