Put car away till next summer. Its going to be a long winter . Bought a 73 Pontiac Trans Am 455 Big Block #s match 59,ooo original miles car with original paint about a month ago. It will help keep my mind off my Acadain.I was thinking of keeping it but Iam not sure what Iam going to do with it.I just couldn't pass it up it needs a little work, but just cosmetics the car is in mint shape. it still has the original blow up spare tire and jack.
65camino, another friend, Mopar guy and I have planned a little early morning cruise up to Newmarket for breakfast to meet some Corvette guys then back to the big smoke. Still lots of driving days left imo. I'll take the camera and see who turns out.
We went for an early morning run up Hwy 404 to Newmarket, had a nice breakfast and returned to Toronto. Got invited to go to Woodward with the Corvette guys and gals this summer. It was a nice morning, Car ran very well but 65camino had to show off on the way up in his Pony Car. He claims he had at least a quarter throttle to go, I was behind him doing 100X and he was leaving me, 10X as in Miles per hour, our other buddy Ed was in his tower of power and he was just a spec in my mirror at that point. Once we exited the 404 a York Regoinal Police car decided to follow us for a while

I'm stuck at work on a Sunday. Write me something. Help me get closer to 300!
What would you have to do on a Sunday? Got photos?
Photos not appropriate...Sunday's are for getting ready...fueling the fleet, scrubbing out the wagons, making everything shiny for funeral day. Tomorrow we roll with two teams heading out simultaneously to different locations. I'm on Shiite mosque detail which means I'll have my hajib at the ready (taking great care not to tie it like a Palestinian--I had no idea I was channeling Yasser A) and my shoes off when I go in for Jareza -- the prayer of the dead. Then I'm off for two days -- my weekend -- where I will do glamorous things like laundry and grocery shopping and a little bit of writing and a little bit of lurking on the poncho site. Hey: I responded to your Sister Wives comment--you seen it yet????
Ray, if we had known would have brought the wife's plastic toy andd met you guys there.
I will try and be more organized next time. In fact it is a good spot so we could even meet there during cruise season on Sunday mornings. I was a bit disappointed that the other plastic toys didn't come out to play though.
How long would it take for you to get to Mulock and Bayview in Newmarket Brian?
