the only thing i like about winter is sledding, i ride the 800 polaris twins i have 2 and 2 700"s my youngest has the mini z ski doo, if you dress right its a lot of fun, my father was the one that got the ball rolling back in 82 when he bought home 2 500 everest ski doos and a citation 4500, he was always ready to go as soon as the snow flew, now he is gone but the family still gets out to the trails when ever we can.

I helped my brother get his F7 EFI Arctic Cat out of storage today. Seriously the best set up ever. It is Batteryless EFI......even after being fogged down in the spring, only 3 pulls and the sled was running. I would be pulling for 15 minutes to get my 97 Yamaha running. Seriously though, you have to love the look of 3 pipes under that hood!!!! I don't know if I will make the trails this year, but I will have fun with the kids on it!!!!

Nice pics! I haven't sledded in a while... i do remember when we bought a 1984 Indy 600... I was 12, that thing FLEW!! it just tickled 100mph, and this was when anyone else i knew had a txl340, a blizzard 5500... that triple was just a beast!!

Looking forward to some snow this year being last year was pretty sad..
I have lots to keep my winter days occupied as I usually drag a few of the old racers out and play w/ them while the kids run around on their Enticer twins..
Nothing better than the sound of factory pipes crackling on a cold winter's day!.

Cool sleds above!.
Hey Yak, if you want another Power Wagon project there's a '68 here!.
3/4 Ton, siezed 318 4-Spd, rusty cab but good box and gate..

Sold mine yrs. ago as well With all the expenses of Lic. Trail permits, insurance etc. it's just TOO COSTLY for the short time you get to use it. My friend here in town Lic. ins. & trail permits for 3 machines was insane, then the trails shut down last yr. for lack of snow here, still had to pay full pop for trail permits again this yr, altough one machine got a discount on it as it's 18yrs old, kinda like a historic trail permit. Thanks but I;ll stay inside where it's WARM!!! House or Garage either one!!!!!!

As soon as Nascar is over I will probably dig mine out. I have a Arctic Cat m7 162 with a few light weight and power modes. Hoping for a mild avalanche year, not like last year.

The Power-Wagon is here in S. Ontario at a buddy's farm East of Oshawa about 15 min. North of the 401..
Again the 318 is seized but a factory 4-Spd. w/ 4.10 Axles, rear is Posi I believe?.
It had an Nos box and gate added later in life that's still good and a few guys have bugged me for but I couldn't separate it..
PM me!.
