Wish it were closer to me!!!  I am thinking it would make a great parts car for V1......

I could convert my '66 Laurentian to a 1 of 1 Grande Parisienne wagon...

My nephew can't help me. Anybody in Calgary area that can pick up a car and store it, likely until spring?

I pay in Canadian dollars!!!

I realize the timing sucks when I look at your live weather camera shots right now...

I could do it too Carl. I have lots of room to store it for the winter if you need that too although it'll be outside

Am I the only one on here that thinks Carl should be banned on ever owning a '66 or '67 B bodied Pontiac again?? With his shameful, shameful record, I am not sure if he deserves a second chance..................

Well, I guess it was back in the '70's-'80's....... Go for it "kid"........ But now, we are keeping an eye on you!!!! (lol)

Wow, I'm a bit overwhelmed by all the offers. I will likely take some of you up on it, thanks.

Well, all the offers except that last one about banning me laughing.gif

I've learned my lesson, believe me Vincent!

As soon as I hear back, some of you will hear from me, you can count on it.

Thanks.

Yeah Carl this is the car you deserve to have again, even if it isn't AC. Kind of a family version of the old 66 you had eh.  All of us want you to have this and we'll do what it takes.

Just let us know

Out of 1200 of those made this will be quite rare too.

To be truthful I covet this car as well, but Carl has dibs on it, he's a heck of a good guy and by George I really don't need another one, so why not help him with his obsession?  Plus anytiime we can get on one of these old Ponchos into a set of caring hands we should do it!

I too thought about it when I saw the ad. I thought about building it for me, or saving it for C1. When he jumped on it, I thought great, I will do what I can to help.

Right on!   The only thing I can say is if he gets it, he'd better not trash it or we'll be mad!

Uh-oh. What if it comes home and it's a tired old car not worth fixing but would make a great donor car for a 2 door ht 427 4 speed?

I don't want any hard feelings...

X2
MY FIRST THOUGH WHEN I FOUND THE AD WAS TO BUY IT AND STRIP IThmm. THANK GOODNESS I DON'T HAVE THE ROOM FOR IT. MY SECOND THOUGHT WAS THAT SOMEONE MAY WANT TO SAVE IT, SO I POSTED HERE INSTEAD. I CAN'T IMAGINE IT WILL BE AVALIBLE LONG AROUND HERE, THERE IS ALOT OF GEAR-HEADS IN THIS AREA THAT WILL BUY IT FOR THE DRIVE-TRAIN AND PART OUT THE REST AS I HAD THOUGHT OF DOING. I HOPE IT WORKS OUT FOR CARL.smile

NO HARD FEELINGS NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO!
