Are they avilable to me if I don't own the car (yet!)?

I am shopping for a 66 Grande Parisienne and sure as shootin' they will be missing on the one I find.

Looking at his last posts it all looks fine. I know he was quite busy and didn't get on here every day like some guys (ahem!) but just stopped by when he could.
