I went to the Bingemans swap meet today. I had arranged to meet a fellow there and purchase a pair of 15 x 7 GM Rally wheels from him, what a good deal they were, blasted, and powdercoated for $70. Met up with 421cat (Bill) who was carrying a great looking 421 Pontiac dual quad intake for his '61. That will surely suck some serious levels of high test eh Bill !
I had 2 keys cut for the trunk of my Chevelle. I bought (2) near mint 1966 300 Deluxe quarter emblems from a fellow who had them tagged as for a '65 Beaumont, very nice and a real bargain as these are not reproduced! Picked up a new SBC chrome timing tab that fits an 8" balancer and for the princely sum of .25 cents a mint copy of Canadian Classics magazine featuring a 1966 Beaumont and a several page article on the Gorries "Black Panther". It was a full house inside and lots of buyers. Great way to spend the morning.
