427Carl Christmas came early today

Thanks 427Carl,
The present could not have come at a better time as the 65 Malibu is going on show on 3 Dec 10 and would have been a sorry sight without the indicator stalk in its place!!smile

Excellent biggrin I am so pleased it arrived in good time..   Let me know, that its in, and works well ....

Because you have a RHD car, and you are in SOUTH Africa..  does that CANCEL out the 2 opposites....   or is it up for left and down for right?  wink

Here are some pics of the assembled and new working indicator switch!!  Local muscle car friends are amazed at the response from Poncho Friends. If I wasn't on pension I would have considered changing scenery!!

This may be a silly question but was South Africa not metric when this car was built? I see the speedometer is in miles per hour.

Hullo Carl,
South Africa went decimal in 1961 (Dan, Dan the decimal mansmile) Money only and Km in 1970. Can't remember when we changed to Kg's.  My 1968 Opel Kadett was stil Mph.
