I contacted the gent by email, he was looking for headlight bezels and some interior bits for his '66 Strato. Mentioned this to 427Carl a little while later, and low and behold two days later a set of nice '66 headlight bezels appear on my doorstep.
This time I called the gent up, Kev, and mentioned that I have his bezels and can drop them off. Of course he asks how much. I tell him if you like them, you can have them.
Lots of spluttering and coughing over the phone then "Who are you, and are you @#$##@ allright? Not to worry I say, everthing is on the QT.
Just dropped off the bezels to Kev's shop in Aylmer Quebec and to say he was estatic is an understatement! His '66 Strato Chief is a solid two door post, six powerglide combo. Here are a few pictures of tonights shenanigans!
PS did I mention that Kev also has a '65 Custom Sport and a '64 Parisienne h/t.
