2 wheel covers 14" off a 65 Nova SS. I believe they are also correct for 63 and 64 but please do your homework to make sure. Driver quality, some small dings likely from a rubber mallet. Pretty decent though unless you want NOS.

"Visual balance" that was a term, "in code" to tell the employee, to get the darn tires mounted w/o balance, and out of the shop..
It was a code saying don't question my judgement until the customer leaves... e.g. If a customer didn't have the money for a balance, I didn't make a issue, in front of customer... there were many more reasons and circumstances involved....
