the wifes 68 custom 10

Did a frame up on this about 10 years ago, and gave it to my wife for her birthday.
In hindsite it was one of the best things I ever did.  In the ten years since not one complaint about my rides and projects.  She has put about 2500 miles on it since, and loves the looks she gets when driving in the summer and at show and shines.  Body is stock, drivetrain is 327/300 from 68 vette, turbo 400 with 2000 stall and 12 bolt posi with 373's.

   That is one sweet truck.

I am working on getting the wife that 57 Laurentian nearby, in my case it is more about getting it in my garage than being nice to her, but I'm hoping she sees it as a nice gesture.  I cant wait for the day when she complains about my cars, and I can say"what about you and that damn Laurentian! " ;)

Forgot to mention the coup de grace.  A good stereo and amp with 12" woofer in a box mounted under the seat, Beach Boys, Good Vibrations, I'll leave it at that.LOL

Nice truck. I like 67 & 68 trucks too. Had a 67 CST with a big back window and factory red interior. Had a fold down armrest in the middle. Nice riding trucks with the rear coil springs.

Might just be my eyes but there seem to be lots of room behind the seat.  Did you move the gas tank elsewhere?
