I don't think Canadian Tire deserves to me lumped in with Princess Auto
Canadian Tire is an iconic Canadian Retailer that is a tremendous corporate citizen that supports our game country wide plus it has it's own charitable Foundation.
I have never been in a Princess Auto but I am told everything breaks within the first hour of use.

THATS NOT TRUE, I HAD ONE ITEM LAST 1 1/2 HOURS AND THE OTHER DID NOT WORK AT ALL

I always liked Canadian Tire. My father worked there in the 50s & 60's, my uncle had a franchise store in the 70s, and I worked at another CTC store part time when I was a student. No doubt it is an icon - isn't the original store still on Yonge Street? But I do have one complaint about something that has become noticeable to me over the past 10 years or so, and that is the layout and merchandising in the stores. Used to be that I could walk into any CT store anywhere and quickly find what I was looking for. Now I find the stores so disorganized from a retail presentation perspective that I rarely shop there. Whereas one time I'd buy a lot of parts & tools at CTC, now I tend to buy them from the specialty parts stores.
