The dash panel in the RHD car is a 64 Chevelle dash.   Its flat just like the sides of the car that year.  The 65 Chevelle dash panel is like and arrow head its peaked in the middle.

At least you know its a Canadian built car, exported to South Africa is possible, so is Austraila or New Zealand.

Any chance anyone has the cowl tag or the vin number for this car?   If they do I'd appreciate a PM (personal mail) on it.
