1966 Pontiac Parisienne 2 dr hardtop, 327 275hp, 2 speed powerglide trans. 67000 Miles. I am the third owner, and the car has spent it's time in the Winfield/ Kelowna area. This car is a pleasure to drive, factory interior, has a tear in the front seat, radio works 12v clock works new rear package tray and weatherstrip kit, new window felts. New control arm bushings last year new front shocks, dual exhaust but could use new front pipes. New quarter pannels and other body work was done along with a paint job about 9 years ago, paint is chipped and scratched from driving. This car has had alot of work done engine was re gasketed and re ringed, trans was re gasketed, petronix ignition, moog progressive rate coils in the rear. The car is a driver but it is not a pile of junk. It does need some more tlc or just drive it as is. Collector status insurance. The only reason for selling is I would like to get into a convertable project.
If this beautiful car does not sell for that measley $8.000 then there really is something seriously wrong with the world. It sure looks real tuff with the black on black on black steel wheels. Real tuff. I love it. Cheers. George.

you know, i was really thinking that the value of classic and special interest cars here in sudbury was in severe recession. we cant get a decent or even fair buck for some really nice cars, but on the same note, if you,re trying to buy a really nice car, all you can find is over priced bondo bag, junk, at really steep prices. so i guess its happening all over? what is happening to our special interest auto market? are auto enthusiasts becoming as rare as our cars? is this happening all over canada? or just ontario?

Should it have side trim and skirts? Or those were options?
yes it should of had lower trim on the body line, as well as the chrome fins on the lower front fenders. as for the skirts, i "think" they were standard on a parisienne, but not 100% positive.

I BELIEVE SKIRTS WERE STANDARD ON THE GRANDE PARISIENNE AND OPTIONAL ON THE PARISIENNE.
Love that car, I keep coming back to this post to get another look at it.
Me too.
