sorry,, my frame is from a 67 4 dr,, I was always told that 64- 67 A -body was the same? other than wagon and convertible..
I would love to know how to tell the difference...
All the floor pans mounts are the same on 64-67 A bodies including the 4 doors. The rear section will need to be shortened for last trunk body mount to line up on the 64-65 A bodies. I measured yours also Tim and it's the same as my 66 GTO frame(longer in the rear). There is a different style of frame mount on my center floor body mount but besides the look of it they are in the same position.
4 types for Chevelle and Beaumont ( not sure how Tempest etc fit into the equation - also know that the front horns on the baby Olds spread outward so not a match ) 64 thru 67 convertibles all very near the same - but will interchange 64 thru 67 hdtp & sedan all very near the same - but will interchange 64 thru 67 stationwagon all very near the same - but will interchange 64 thru 67 el camino all very near the same - but will interchange
convertible and el camino have a "boxed " center section
el camino and station wagon are 3 1/4" longer at the back and can be shortened
