Back in 2002 I advertised a 1961 Corvette for $34500 - it showed up in the Tri Ad for $ 3450 -- my wife calculated just over 175 phone calls the first day ! Nearly 700 calls before the next paper came out. We had phone calls 6 months later !!! Now come on are there that many people that truly think they can buy a car at 10 percent the usual asking price ? And even if you could it would be long gone by the time you call !

yes  over 700 for sure      look at your 68 Rag  the phone should have been smokin   did you see the same car offered for 29,000

I was second caller (and obviously the first person bought it!), 65 gto convertible tripower, $1500. Crazy things do happen.... rarely! It was still for sale when i left the house to go see it, half way there he called me on my cell and said he sold it...
