That is pretty cool. So looks like that roof line was known as Impala Custom Coupe and Caprice Hardtop

OMG those are big tanks ! I painted one at Red Deer College while at a bodyshop course, still remember sanding that huge hood. Man that hood is the size of Texas it seems. Still remember what a little patch of hot bondo can do to warp a panel that size ....

I like the 74 Caprice but this is my least favorite body style. Now a white on red 454 convt would be really neat.

I had a rusty 74 Caprice 4 dr. hardtop with a 454 as my winter car in 83-84. Lima bean green with brocade green interior. I thought i would keep it around for a spare engine if I popped one in my Vette. Someone offered me too much for it, so it was history. It was a pig on fuel also.

I had a 74 Impala 4 dr ht, same ugly color. It had 32,000 orignal miles and drove great. But I bought it for the powertrain, so I pulled the 400 small block, put in a 350 and re-sold it.

My Ex bought one years ago... 2door, 350 but the best was the colour combo, Baby blue w/ white half vinal and white interior. Was a beautiful car
