This is a core carb that I had planned to use on my 65 Acadian

I say core because it appears to have been on the shelf for years, many of those years in my basement. It has been stored properly.

It looks complete from what I can see and the linkage all seems to move freely.

Application is as follows according to the GM parts books---


1964-1965 Pontiac and Chevrolet 327 300 horsepower, manual transmission

1965 Acadian and Nova 327 300 horsepower, manual transmission

1964-1965 Beaumont and Chevelle 300 horsepower, manual transmission

1964-1965 Corvette 327 300 horsepower manual transmission


The date code is J4 which is likely September 1964. If the letter "I" was used by Carter for date codes, then this would be October 1964 rather.
