Unbelievable!!! Obviously the list $ is high to give everyone a special discount but still hard to believe they sell so well!!!
My truck's a '95 Dakota Shortbox, RustChecked when new and body mint!. I bought it in '05 from someone who had it at a shop that diagnosed a bad starter yet couldn't get the new one to work either?. Paid a whopping $400 for it and towed it home, a quick adjustment of the shift linkage cured the neutral safety switch problem it really had and away it went!.

a friend in business buys many of his trucks from texas. Only place he can find a standard work truck with no toys, but with AC. It seems the dealers up here want to load them up
Bought my first house for $95,000. And that was only 15 years ago. Trucks at that time were 40-50 grand. Same house would sell for over $200,000 now so it seems as though the price is relative. I still recall being able to buy a new truck for under $10,000. I'm sure there are lots of guys that recall new trucks for under $5000.
Guess that if you want a new truck in 2040 it will cost you $656,000 at the current level of inflation.
That why I drive this beautifull 2wd 2001 truck from TEXAS

yep you gotta shop if you want to save money in this case alot of itdont forget that 60 grand truck is gonna depreciate up to 50 % in 4-5 years.Plyus dealer maintenance aint cheap for that warranty
My buddy ordered and received the first Denali pickup 1/2 ton with the duramax. $70k truck, very nice $70k truck. He had so many problems with it he was constantly at the dealer complaining. GM has now took the truck back and sending it to Oshawa. They are supposed to refund the money, supposed to!
Bought this 2010 Suburban from Gm dealer in Oshawa. Came up from Utah with just 10,000KM {6700mi} full load & got it out the door for just under 50G's tax incld. think this unit was over 70 G when ordered NEW. This will have to last me forever & a day cause that's the last vehicle I'll be buying,[other than old pontiacs]
