pictures not showing up?

hey guys i don't know if anyone else is having this issue but i seem to not be able to see most pictures is it me? i don't know any ideas on how to fix it?

Im using Internet explorer how would i do that lol i might be 17 but not computer savy lol and yes i can see that picture it's only a couple i can't see it's kinda random. it also happens to be all the photo's i want to see lol

hmm. I use Chrome. If you click on "Tools" and there should be an option to clear the cache. The cache stores all the photos etc from where you have been surfing. In theory, if you are on a website that you've been to before it's quicker to pull photos from the cache than to reload them from the website. Sometimes the cache can screw things up though.
