Steering Box Question!

Hi All
I have found a nice straight axle to fit my Acadian, but need a steering box that has the pitman arm dangling, or vertical. The stock Acadian one is more horizontal. Anyone have a suggestion as to a steering gear that might work? Pic below shows my set-up, and you can see how the lever needs to work. Please lmk, thanks, daryle.

100_1371.jpgtake a peek at 80 -93 dodge p/u trucks with thier pitman arm. with your adjustable drag link, it looks like it would work. here is a pic of the setup on my ramcharger. its pretty much the same as the setup you have.

I had the same issues as you so what i've done is. I'm using a s10 steering box, mounts inboard of the frame and forward of the axle. the pitman arm swings left to right. using another steering arm on the passanger side, i flipped it over so the joint is foreward and tied that back into the pitman arm. go look at some cj jeep steering, same idea.
