Want a reasonable holiday, try a cruise. CP shirt makes it to Jamiaca.

A couple of our kids had their reading break at university so we were all able to get together in Fort Lauderdale for a couple days and take a 5 day cruise to Jamaica.  I find cruises very reasonable as it works out to less than 100 a day per person once you are down there.  The key is to find decent airfare to Florida.  Entertainment and food cannot be beat and lots of activities too.  Sure is nice to see bikinis again.  Those Jamaicans are pretty tall.  A couple pictures of the gang and the ship.Picture 059.jpg

Looks like nice weather and big smiles for everyone Jerel. That ship is sure a monster! Did you get a tour of the engine room?

No Captain Eric wasn't giving any tours.  He had it humming pretty good though.  Worked out to about 25 mph when he is cruising.  Has to be an amazing engine room though as you are also running a generator system for 3500 passengers and I don't know how many workers.  That's alot of air conditioning and power throughout.  Another feat of engineering.

We love cruises in our family too.

Looks like you had a wonderful time with the family.

Whoa Kim, I wore a hat but not for quite enough time.  The melon lost a layer.
