67 Beaumont - Dash connection- What is it?

I am re-installing my dash, and none of my pictures or notes covers this little connection.  Anyone know where it connects? It looks like a ground maybe, it is the only one of its type in the dash. It comes out of the wiring harness just to the right of the ignition wires. I know what the green one is, but its been a few months, and I'd like to reconnect as much as possible before its secured in place. Tks

I managed to find it in the background pic before it was disconnected. Back in business! (green arrow)
