Obviously a BC car with the BC collector's plates. Might be a member of the Pacific Performance Pontiac car club.
It looks familiar, I seem to recall the picture cause of the green parisienne beside it. Perhaps at the Pontiac show and shine that used to be (and may still be) held near Vancouver. I've got some old club magazines, I'll see if I can see it in one...might find it on Pacific's website........

Lets face it guys the 66 small, medium and large Ponchos were the best looking, best performing  and best engineered lineup of any year!

Any comments on that?

I have to admit the 66 sd's are growing on me and the parts are easier to get. My 66 sd 4spd will probably be the next car in the shop. It's pretty complete except for the rear lower SD rocker pieces behind the back tires. It's nice to start with such a complete car. I'm not used to that.
