63 acadian sport deluxe tail light crome.

Hi there, I'm new to this site I came across it looking for some crome pieces for my car. |I am from Red Deer Alberta and I am redoing a 63 Acadian Sport Deluxe. I've changed pretty much every thing even the dash! What I am looking for are the pieces that are mounted between the tail light and the trunk lid. I have the longer pieces for the trunk and the sport deluxe emblem. I just need those other ones. Would any body be able to point me in the wright direction? Any king of info would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome here.

Posting a wanted ad in the classified "wanted" section may give you even more chance of finding the parts.

One guy you should try is Tinman, the advertiser at the top of this page. He has a fair bit of Acadian stuff.

If you search "Menno" and "Acadiansrus" on this site, both those guys are big into Acadians as well.

I believe Menno has those, post some pics it is easier to get him on the phone 604-856-5526 if you have the upper piece and the emblem you have the hard parts. what else are you missing i can send you a scan of the "chrome" from my parts book if you need it.

Hi everyone, and thanks for every body's info I can't believe that I found some. acadiansrus is that a business as well? I have some other questions about the tail light lenses. Are they able to be removed from the chrome? I have a couple of sets and would consider re chroming them. Also is there any were I can get new seals for the tail lights. I do appreciate your time and information. The more I can get the better.

I do have some I'm not real good with computers so please bear with me. It's also in the build stage. Not finished yet. Need whole interior, headers and exhaust. A few chrome pieces. I put a couple of pics up one before all the work and one unloading after paint. The only things that havn't been changed are the doors and the trunk lid and hood. I've replaced everything else.Whole floor pan, front clip,moved the rear springs in ward,mini tub,narrowed 9",rockers,quarts fenders,even the dash cause some one butchered it for a stereo. I found a badly rotted 4 door acadian on a farm and used alot from that donor car.I hope the pics work out.

there are small screws holding the lense to the chrome, they are ender the gasket

he is in port coquitum near vancouver.

I can take a picture of a tail light without the lense so you can see where the screws are.

you will have to make your own gasket, i'm thinking cork or rubber.

Hi every one!

I'm looking for a set of headers for my Acadian...

I've been leaning toward fender well exiting. But I'm not sure about cutting into the fender wells. Like hole size,or if I should look at some thing else.

Any suggestions! Thanks for your time and help.
