64 beaumont rocker molding


just curious....is the rocker cover molding on a 64 beaumont custom the same as a 64 chevelle malibu?  confuse

Yes.

SD same as SS and Custom same as non SS

SD the same as SS?? I don't think so. I would buy into the custom chrome being the same.

Yes I quess you are rite. The SD ones have to be taller and I quess different end caps also.
Damn, I had and older set from a SD that I scrapped 24 yrs ago.
Safed everything and just junked those pieces last yr as they were tacky and cleaning up.
Still have they ribbed pieces and other chrome.

excellent info !!!.......I am going to attempt posting some picts later of a 64 SD i just bought ( if you remember the movie The Tingler..... this is not for the faint of heart !!! ) Imight need some guidance ....first time.....

Good news.
I didn't junk them after all, it was an SS set.
The SD ones are way different, found them in the attic. Don't know why I put them there, but.
End caps appear to be the same.
