looking at others the guide looks pretty good--tough call in this market though

Neche or Pembina? I have stuff sitting in Neche but they say the highway is flooded from the border. I have to go way south and then come back to the border.

I am doubting you can document a big block Acadian as being original though Pete. I am pretty safe in saying (with room for error!) that GM never shipped one new from the plant.

I found this site rather intriguing. I take it all with a grain of salt but give them an A for effort in listing it all.
The amazing thing is the Canadian Pontiac part of it. Never would have expected it.
I've never seen such a wide selection of Canadian Pontiac prices
It doesn't take a rocket scientist to appraise most of them but its nice to have back up like this
thanks
I agree with Carl's statement as a good attempt. I haven't looked at every category for all Canadian produced cars but most of it looks like it is copied from corresponding Pontiac or Chevrolet production numbers and pasted into the CP title.
The problem with this information is reflected in Ken's statement as an appraiser that it is a good backup. I know that Ken has excellent knowledge of our Canadian Poncho's but the not every appraiser does. With incorrect resource material we get incorrect evaluations.
I like what they have to say. My wagon is worth almost what I put into it. So if in today's market I got 75% of what their appraisal is I would be happy.

That should put the brakes on a few restorations projects. Why would anyone spend 2 to 3 times the market value? Anyway for those thinking restoring buy something already done. Perhaps the parts suppliers should take note when they put thousands of percent of mark up on original prices.
