Well it would appear our local OPP dont appreciate a good 3gear burnout, Was out for a ride last night on the Harley, stop buy my friends, and when I left I was encuraged to participate in a good old fashion burnout! well needless to say never made it out of Town before I was pulled over! At first they where going to load the bike and I was walking, but either the cop had a moment of compassion or they really did see me do it, I ended up with a $110 unessary noise fine. Could have been real ugly though.
Not shure never really admitted it was me so I didnt ask anything! it was three cop cars! Yes being a biker with a few questional friends gets you the royal treatment when you get pulled over!LOL
This is just to funny. I looked at it on my BB and it shows you a little preview of the post before you opt to open it. After reading the preview I said to my self must be Tiny and sure enough when I opened it it was. That a boy keep them tire companies in business.

Request a court date, then get his evidence, you are entitled to view his notes. If it was a call it will say so, if he heard you it will say so, if he saw you it will say so. What ever you said to him will be written down. Once you know what the evidence is you can formulate your case. You might want to go back and edit your post a bit to make sure there is nothing incriminating in it. Hint.

Nope not going to fight it ill take the $110 ticket, If I was charged with stunting I would fight it but unessary noise is fine with me.
smart move, charges can be upgraded in court. if the judge felt that stunt driving was the real source he could change it. $110 is far cheaper thana days pay, loosing, a lawyer, gas, parking, etc etc he got off lucky.....
Yep feel like I was real lucky not going to push my luck over that ticket no points and $110 is fine with me! It does bother me that I always get the royal treatment but I guess thats all part of the game.
Time to buy lottery tickets. Friend here in town got charged with stunt driving. Car impounded and loss of licence. Had to hire a lawyer$$$$ and eventually had it reduced to a minor offense. I would gladly pay the fine also.
