68 GMC 396 pickup

A good friend of mine here in town has put his pickup for sale.  It has the original 396 in it and is in excellent shape.

thats one sweet truck Jerel. Really rare in 68 to have the big block and buckets. An old friend had a white 67 327 truck just like it with buckets on a red interior, such a neat combo too

I've always loved that generation of Chevy / GMC. As an FYI, 1968 marked the start of the big blocks in the pickups. For 1968 only they were offered as a single exhaust 396 2-barrel or a dual exhaust 396 4-barrel.

That thing is a canadian GMC 910 "super custom"

It is the same as a chevy  "cst" custom sport truck.

Only the canadian ones were called 910,  the usa versions were 1500.

Really cool bucket seat/jumpseat console set up.

My truck is the same thing.

Took awhile but it sold last week.  Pretty cool truck.  Headed to Alberta.  Second higher dollar truck that I know of sold out of here to the oil patch.  That is where some of the guys here are targeting their advertising.

 Can you spell; misrepresentation.

This is a wasted add, how can some people think that would be the right way to sell a car. "READ THE HOLE ADD" ????? It should say "This add belongs in a HOLE" Its a waste of 30seconds, I am actually dumber from reading this add. blehdisbeliefnodisbeliefnoblehdohdoh

That GMC is one sweet truck smile

This was my dad's 68 GMC 396 4v auto with bucket seats and factory tach, it got wrecked in a head on collision in 1974.

I found this one on the internet recently,
