When I last saw Hillar's El Camino before Christmas it was sporting dog dish Chevy caps on black wheels and this one seems to have some chrome style wheel on it.
Not withstanding this the tell tale sign that it is indeed Hillar's are the argent front grille when in fact a SS would be black. I don't think Hillars was an SS it was dressed up like one. If I am not mistaken you would need the GM documentation on a 1970 to be able to state it was a true SS.
Last time I saw the car there was a pool of oil under the engine and the interior was covered in mould. The paint job on Hillar's car was not particularily good although decent at 20 feet.

The executor of Hillar's estate indicated when I bought the Laurentian that the El Camino had already been sold, that was over a month ago. Maybe the new owner is looking to sell it. (The phone number listed is NOT that of the executor)
