65 GP Gas Tank...Same as Paresienne/Chevrolet??

I know this must have been asked before but what can I look for in my quest for a gas tank for my 65 Grand Prix?  Are there subtle differences or are they a match or are they totally different? Also is there a Canadian source to order from?  I should soon drop mine as as there is quite a gassey smell back there when the tank is above 3/4 full.

I can try to check tonight but it's doubtful. The frame rails are different spacing on the two I believe.

Sorry, Hollander interchange says 65-66 full size Pontiac (all except SW) (US models). It appears it's all by itself, no interchange with any other GM models.

I'm finding the same in my search for one. I haven't found a listing anywhere. I guess I'll start looking for a used tank.

Boy, I'd be a bit scared of a used one from a 45 year old car.  Chance of an old rusty or gummy tank is pretty high.

This is true but apparently there are no aftermarket tanks out there. I can find all kinds of stuff back into the 50s  and from 67 up but no 65 or 66. I have found a local source to reline the tank and guarantee it. Expensive though.

Thanks Dave and Jonathan and Carl. I feel comfortable that Dave has a tank that might do the trick. I also have the option of refinishing.
At first I was hoping for a new aftermarket tank but that's a no go. I'm going to drop the tank tomorrow and see how bad mine is.
