Body Parts for a 64 Parisene (rear quarter panels)

I am in the process of a frame off on my 64 Parisienne, the car is solid except for the rear quater panels a rusted thin. I was wondering if i could get some help with findng some prts for this. i am also looking to put new body mounts in it and i was told that the ones out of a 64 Impala would work because it is the same frame, is this true?

Any help would be great..I am currently serving overseas and will be doing this when i get home but i am just trying to do my homework so i can get the old girl ready for the road next summer. thanks

64 Parisienne's (ALL Canadian built 64 Pontiacs) used Chevrolet Impala frame, floorpan, cowl & running gear.

Body mounts ARE the same as Impala.

I think that these are the some panels that i got for my car, and if they are i wish i never bought them and just tried to make them myself.

Even a '64 Parisienne's closest American cousin ('64 Catalina) takes a different length quarter. They will not fit without surgery.

the ones i got were for a 64 laurentian and the length was right, but they were crap. i think they came from the same place. they are a good starting point, but for must rust repairs on 64 i would try to do them buy hand. hope that you find that works for you, i know i do not want to do it again for a long time. i found out really fast the body work is hard and sucks. really time consuming and takes a lot for patience.
good luck and keep us posted

Thats a pitty, it would be nice to see good reproduction quarters as they do for Impala's

I was thinking of buying second hand quarters from a Catalina but then without seeing it in person its a big risk as im in Australia

Be careful with those quarter panels, they do not have the correct lower crease line. I bought two from Cross Canada Parts. They fit properly but the lower crease line is incorrect. Between the rear wheel opening and the door post, the original crease slowly flows downwards to the wheel well and the new panel is straight across.
