That's one sweet piece!.
'67 Hideaways are simply sinister!!!

Looks like a car you could make a deal on and soon be driving Todd!.
And what happened to that MK1V you had anyway?.

Scooped by that Ray bastard again!.
The MK1V engine would certainly liven up his '73 or does he have another home planned for it?.

Back to the subject '67 GP..
This would be a skirt car right?.
I really like it!.

Hey Ghost - you are correct in that this would have been a skirt car.

I like the '67 Grande Parisiennes, something really space age about those hideway headlights with the slit style parking light/turn signals above.

Also that concave back glass, formal and sporty at the same time.

That RFR 001 licence plate would have been handed out by the DTO in '80 or '81.

I had a TDR plate from '82 and a PPR plate from '80. This was about the time you kept the plates and they didn't stay with the car any more.

You're right on Jonno including the end of plates staying w/ the cars being around 81/82!.
Buying stickers was a new thing to us boneyard guys as heating the backside of plates w/ Bic lighters for 'live' stickers had worked very nicely until then!.

I would definately snag it if it were closer!!! Interior looks great except for the back of the drivers seat! Someone has to go look at it.....

Exactly!!! But for most of us out here, frames are near dime a dozen... I have a couple here myself....

Roadtrip? Ummmm, nope but there would be a ton of parts there if it were swiss underneath!

Looks like mine did when I found it. I would buy the one in this thread too if it was already here. Looks like a good deal, even if the frame needs attention.

Too bad indeedy! But, it has the super rare 3 speed super glide transmission and non pivoted chrome. Pivoting chrome was terrible stuff in these years!!!

At least we know the trunk was rotted... We should email him and offer $799 for it!!!

"Premature Escalation" - he couldn't wait another second, or even two weeks to post the car for re-sale?
