1966 Acadian Invader,2 door sedan. Powered by the original 327(350hp) motor and a column shifted 3 speed transmission.Car was rotissorie restored a few years ago, and not driven since. The protect plate and original owners manual go with the car.The interior is original with the exception of the rubber floor mat and the material inserts in the seats. The motor has the 11 to 1 pistons,proper cam,original intake,Holley carb,rad,alternator,distributor,coil,air cleaner and valve covers ,correct date coded plug wires,correct hoses and clamps.The 12 bolt rear axle has a 3.08 gear and is a non posi, as from the factory,along with spiral shocks,front and rear. This car is registered with the Canadian L79 Registry and is one less than 100 L79 cars produced in Canada in 1966. This car could be one of approx. 6 produced like this in 1966,in Canada, as no Acadians were produced in the states,till 1968.The car is not perfect, it still needs the original resonators, has a large scratch in the pass quarter and 2 in the rear of the roof. I would really like to own that car,however the asking price is a little steep for a retiree. I would also like to keep the wagon; but it sure would make a pretty sight in my garage!!!
