63 Pontiac Tempest Convertible

Hi Folks!

I'm one of the new guys!  I have a 1963 Acadian Beaumont convertible.  Third owner of this original Medicine Hat purchased car.  It's in the middle of a major transition.  The six is gone and replaced with a V-8 (350 hp), frame connectors, larger sway bars, gauge pak c/w factory looking tach (where clock goes) and buckets flr shift (frm Hawaii).  Car is rust free with original paint.  Changed to 5 bolt with posi rear-end (65 SS).  Now for the subject matter above.  There are postings about this car on Kijiji from Edson.  It's a small world because my friend in now the proud owner of it.  It looks as good as the pictures, which is rare in itself.  The cars always seem to look worse.  It runs great and the top is fairly new.  Just before it was purchased by my buddy it went up and down the B.C. freeway to Vancouver with no problems.  The interior is missing some stuff and the Crappy Tire hubcaps are gone(lol).  Anyone with info on parts please let me know.  Have gotten new door panels so far.... I will watch for any repies or info.  Thanks.

Cheers Monty

RE: 63 Pontiac Tempest Convertible

Hi!

I should clarify, the parts would be for the Pontiac listed above.  I'm good for Acadian parts.

Cheers Monty

Hey Rabbit

I have a 63 Acadian Beaumont rag.  One of my best friends has the Pontiac Tempest shown on the Alberta Kijiji.  As a result we found this site which I gladly joined.  I have most of my parts for the Acadian.  My bud is looking for parts for the Pontiac(we know they are hard to come by).  So any help would be wonderful.  I think I'll enjoy this site and may need help with some of my other vehicles in my stable!!

Cheers Monty
