Those look like Tri Power emblems on the front fenders. If this is a tri power car, it could be worth big bucks restored. The right colours too.

Too bad its so rough. That would make a great car and I think its reasonably priced if the frame is ok. Just I could never afford to restore it. It would be cool to sand it, fill in the holes, paint it satin black, get it mechanically fit, and to drive as a summer beater!
