 Look like 66 Beaumont SD fins. You can still buy them new in the aftermarket. I saw some of these the other day nos also. They had been sitting so long that they started pitting. Never been on a car, what a shame.

There not SD fins because the pins are not right, if memory serves me correct (Ha) I believe they may be 69 or 70 Gran Prix. Try there, cheers.
