I take under the assumption your car has all drum brakes? (no mods) If that is the case, you won't have calipers since you do not have discs and brake pads... In any event...
From Napa... Under the Chevrolet section, of course!
Had my tank for the 52 repaired & "sealed" but make sure the sealing material is for "EYTHANOL" gas, if not it will "Clog" up the fuel system when the eythanol "eats" into the stuff!!!! Change all the rubber or neopreyne hoses as well as they will be destroyed too!!!!! Then run "HIGH TEST only with no eythanol if you can get that where ever you live.

You can buy a brand new one for about $100 (+ shipping), again should be for 1957 Chevrolet (NOT Pontiac!) however I confess that I don't know if the filler tube is in the exact same place, maybe Vern (57Poncho) or one of the other guys with a 57 (my 56 is different, gas door in upper side of LR fender) will know for sure.
I had my tank boiled and coated, at local radiator shop, cost the same $100 but I kept the money in our local economy. However the guy has since gone out of business, sad to say.
