window trim questions?


how do i remove the eavestrough trim LOL i have no idea whats it's called LOL hopfully you guys know what im talking about i would like to have them off for paint and to buff them LOL

Drip edge trim, I use an old style bottle opener that has smooth edges. Pry it upwards gently a little at a time . Go slow.....

thank you! im going to try that today! should i pry from the inside or outside? and what do you by and old style bottle opener ive never seen one i guess?

Johnathan , drip rail molding damages very easily and can be very difficult to get off your better off leaving it on. just tape it up before you paint.

i have a rust issue right beside the rail on my window frame it's not that bad just heavy pitting!  anyways you know the car is built like a tank when.... i bent all the bottle openers i my house LOL 6 of them LOL the rust is right on the a pillar.... any idea if i could leave it on and just tape it off and body fill the pits?
