It would have been pretty when new. It appears to have been Lagoon Aqua with an Ermine White roof, a chromed 230 & a 3-speed manual. Under the seat covers the upholstery almost looks salvageable

Cam, Where is this picture from. It does not look familiar from any of my collection of 64 literature.
It is a revised picture from a 1967 Pontiac - Beaumont - Acadian shop manual I have. I noticed that the six they show in the preface to the six-cylinder engine section was in fact a 1964 L61 with the chrome plus the pre-67 fuel pump. I made a 230 engine decal (155 horsepower) and added it, then I grabbed a scan of the 230 crest that was common to the 1964 Chevelles & 1964-66 Beaumonts and added it. I guess that makes me a revisionist .
