I believe the seller, Larry reads on here occasionally. Larry, if you happen to see this and you feel that $15,000 is not an insult for this car, please contact me. It would interest me a lot more if it is in that price range.

Also, if anyone is in southwest Saskatchewan and would be willing to look at it to give their opinion on it, please contact me also. I have spoken with Larry the seller. He seems like a very reasonable, genuine type of guy. It seems that he is being straightforward about this car. However, as you all know, everyone's opinion of what is excellent/very good/good/average/fair/poor condition is. That is why I would like a second set of eyes to go over it.

I posted this up on another thread about this car. I am not sure if he has seen it or not...

Sorry, $15,000 will not take it home. It bid to $16,200 on ebay...... Lowest CASH Deal $17,500. Its worth it, the car will gain value as is. We have tons of storage, don't need the money, and no reason to really get rid of it. The only reason it is for sale is because we just like to buy and sell and drive something different. We have 6 other cars and this one doesn't get out as much as it should. Only gets used about 1 or 2 times a year.

I think that is a good price on this car for someone that wants one. It won't attract the curbsiders that just want to flip it to make a few bucks.
For someone that really wants a factory big block 4 speed 66 Grand Parisienne I don't think a better opportunity will present itself. Try and find another numbers matching car (highly unlikely) and restore it for $17,500.

or a dealer-- decent value for an end user willing to pay retail-but for Carl there will likely be other oppourtunities. He is probably stretching to go to 15

Update: We still have the 1966 Grande Parisienne, and we are still using it a few times in the summer months. We don't get to drive it as much as we would like with all the other classic vehicles we have.

Please note: We are not trying to sell the car on on the market anymore. The car will only be up for sale to somoene on the Canadian Poncho website, that way the car goes to a good home where someone will appreciate it. The price is 100% FIRM at $17,500. You can't build a car like this for that price. We are still considering trades for pre-1972 classic vehicles valued 18k-20k.

Due to some unforseen events, the 1966 Grande Parisienne is reduced to sell for $15,000 cash sale. No bartering, no trades. Only offered to Canadian Poncho members, and we would like the option to purchase the car back in the future if the buyer decided to sell it.

Larry @ 306-662-7386

Also coming up for sale in the future (Winter/Spring 2013)
- 1968 Dodge Dart 340
- 1966 Mercury Comet Caliente Convertible
- 1969 Buick Riviera
- 1928 Model A Roadster

So like I say, Carl S you're not getting any younger....   Time is fleeting..... You might be able to sell the black one to some foolish person along with all the parts you won't be using...the doghouse/poorhouse isn't all that bad....the kids don't really need to go to university....etc.etc....

That thing would be mine today if I hadn't just spent a ton of money on mine.  I hope it goes quickly to a good home.

Good price on a rare car!  You can pretty much guarantee that you'll never park next to one at a car show!

Can you give any information on the Dart 340?  i.e. price, condition, etc.?
