Sherwin Williams Paint

Anyone use this paint on here? If so has anyone had problems with the ( 4th Dimension ) line like the clear lifting off or cracking!

We have had to redo 3 jobs since last July. The local distributor for S.W. have been selling us the 4th Dimension base with no hardner until the BIG guy from S.W. came to the shop to tell us THEY should have told you that it needed hardner in it to DRY up the base.Well they have gone good for the stock to redo them but thats it.I am now thinking about going back to PPG.

I hate SW, I like PPG but I love Sikkens.

Ive been spraying Sikkens for the last year and a half, Never any issues. Always looks great, Very user friendly and never a come back since I started at this shop.

Water paint is far superior  to solvent. But you need heat and air to dry it.  I find colors better...blends easier, you and dry it with a blower and sand out imperfections....Wouldnt go back to solvent if I could...

Paul, how long is the shelf life of paint? I still have paint left from mine (Spies Hecker)

I will have to call you some day and talk to you about a problem I have in 1 spot with mine.
