I saw this on THE H.A.M.B., it was posted on Nov. 25/11

It is a dark blue 2 drht with white walls and spinner caps.

Ya,it's a joke !!! Criminals have more "rights' than the victims. My travel buddy that goes to W V is a retired Toronto Policeman, & when he was "uniform" said the crooks were walking "out" the frt.door with their lawyer, while they were still doing the crime reports in the office!!!! Brian made it to "Staff Inspector" head of Homicide, till he pulled the plug after 39 1/2 yrs [1yr. after I did, but not from police ] saw how much I enjoyed my time. Chief Blair asked why he didn't stay till 40, & Brian said "what & miss another summer of "top down" driving in the 69 Cutlass"
