1972 Pontiac Grand Prix SJ Coupe

1972 Pontiac Grand Prix!!!!! Very few of these around. the odometer will be in miles because of its age. Original western car with original Winnipeg dealer vanity plate on the deck lid. The car needs restoration but is a fantastic candidate with only a few inches on the bottom of both rear quarters needing attention. All chrome and badges are in great condition. will need a new vinyl top or go without. Original 14" rally 2 rims (centre caps have been stolen) Pontiac 400 ci big block!! MSD Distributor, cap and coil, 2 carburetors one is Edelbrock, shocks and springs have been replaced. Car starts right up and runs great. Will need a battery and windshield is cracked though. Original owners manual in the glovebox. This will make a great and rare cruise night car!! It is a must see with winter coming can easily be ready for spring cruising!! Anything I wanted for the car I found on E Bay. $2000.00 OBO I may be able to help with delivery for a fee

Looks like a deal for someone that knows what they are doing...that being said I will leave it alone! wink

Would I be crazy to wanna trade my 73 Lemans for this?

This could be a dream car. What do you think?

My advice. If you can not do even the most basic repairs on an old car then you are in for trouble. I know guys with old cars and they pay someoine to do absolutely everything, what fun is that, its a hobby. If you have bags of meny lying around then go ahead and buy it.

That would be worth a lot more than your 73  after you spend 20-25,000 to "fix it up"

HaHa...you guys are all right. Point taken.
I am a bit of a fool when it comes to cars, ready to jump in without thinking about it.

Just gonna enjoy what I have for what it is.... may think about picking up another sometime down the road.

One that doesn't need quite so much work. Now If I could just remember where I left all those bags of money?confuse

With the hood bulge gone, and some rub and scrub  degrease the engine  add some nice wheels and you have a nice car..

and add some duals with noisey Harley Davidson mufflers (Flowmaster-Cherry Bombs)
