1964 acadian sport deluxe convert.

Hi folks, I found your site while I was surfing for floor mats for my Acadian. I have only had her for around six months, but I have enjoyed the short time. I sent the vin to GM, and they reported back that my 1964 Acadian Beaumont Sport Deluxe convertible ending in  #925 was one of 128 produced. It is goldwood yellow, with black trim, and was made in Oshawa,On on April 2, 1964, and shipped on April 3,1964. It was sold by Montreal Buick LTD. , Montreal, PQ. It came with the 194 cid 120 hp 1bbl Econoflame 6  cyl. , and options A62, C14, M35, and P66.  The car is in excellent condition with the exception of some pot metal pitting. I live in Swanzey, New Hampshire, USA, and no one around here has ever seen one of these cars. I have a 1989 Turbo Trans AM Pace Car with 235 actual miles that I purchased new, that I tow to some local car shows, and after I purchased the Beaumont, my wife drove it to some shows, and it drew more interest than the Pace Car, go figure. I will have the Mrs. post some pictures, as I am a computer dolt and don't know how to myself. I enjoy your site!

Well welcome and we are looking forward to your pictures. I also have another one of those 1 out of a 128. Did you happen to buy your car in Florida?

Welcome here. We will anxiously await pictures!

And although I won't likely ever have an 89 Turbo T/A, I've been a big fan of them since they came out. A friend of mine in Kansas bought one new also.

Looks like mine except my hubcaps have a two bar spinner with checkered background with Pontiac written in. Where does this picture come from? Thanks.

Welcome from another 64 SD owner.
looking forward to the pics. To add them click on reply and a box will come up where you can type a response. Then scroll down and click on advanced editor. The adding of the pics should then become self evident.
This site isn't always the most user friendly until you figure it out and then it just becomes second nature.
The regulars on here will be glad to help you out in any way they can. Just ask. We have a whole lot of resources, such as parts books, owners manuals, ads etc ( and personal knowledge )

I am going to post some pictures soon, but if you go to Fenton Honda Keene NH, and look under community events, 2012 car show there is a picture of the car which won the peoples choice award, nice trophy, but the $250.00 in cash was great. I have taken the car to five shows, and it won an award in each one.
