Paint it blue and put it in your new acquisition Brian. Tilt is nice on long road trips. I wonder if you can adapt it to column shift?

I bought 2 floor shift tilts off this fine fellow a couple of years ago,nice work and they are beautiful,just like new!..one went into a friends Buick GS car..and the other is going into the wagon

I have several column shift tilts that aren't reconditioned yet, but I could if someone wants one. Most guys want floor shift.  4 speed one's too. Stan

 I would think one for a 65 4 speed would be hard to find

I got my 65 tilt column from a rebuilder on ebay.. it cost me 8 or 900 bucks.. it's a beautiful pc, but I'm still not sure its worth it..
go figure... LOL

The 4 speed column has a reverse light switch mounted to it where the auto has the switch mounted on the floor shifter. They also have different arms that run the linkage under the hood.
