Set up for torque down low with that 2 bbl . Can probably pull out stumps with it. These type of finds are remarkable to me.
I really like this car - as I would if it was a 69 Dodge or Plymouth as well - but I would be a bidder if it was a 427 or 428 69 Chevrolet or Pontiac wagon in the range that this wagon is being bid. Of course, if it was a GM B body the price would not be in this range ...
Those things, especially the 1969 models, were major rust buckets. To see that car in that shape is mind blowing. The Country Sedan was a Galaxie 500 wagon, just below the Country Squire that had woodgrain siding & hidden headlights.
