Parts available, a buddy has one. His is a Dnepper, Ural's are the same too. Made into the 80's with no changes. Motor's are severely under powered so he ah...... fixed that, stretched the frame and added a 1600 VW 4cyl from a Bug. I'll hunt up a picture. We call it Frankencycle.
