Original Survivor cars like that get a alot of attention at cruise ins. A large part of the value is in the originality. Very similar to the car that got me hooked on Cadillacs. My Uncle's was light green with lighter almost white roof and white interior. I loved that car, he had it up to '66 when he got a new 67 Coupe Deville. Funny coincidence, my Uncle was from Niagara Falls and this one is nearby in Dunville.

I'd leave it as is for the rest of it's days, just spruce it up a bit as you go. I'd get rid of that lower mis-matched repaint (blow-in a closer colour match).

'64 Parisienne CS "barn find" - last on the road in '86 ... Owner Protection Plan booklet, original paint, original near-mint aqua interior, original aqua GM floor mats, original 283, factory posi, and original rust.
Todd, I would say that at some point the rockers and that portion of the fenders were repairs as these would have been major rust areas. The paint is likely very old but not the very original there.
I dunno. That lower portion looks a lot like Apollo gold. I've seen on more than one occasion a car with original paint having an area that was covered look like new while the rest of the car is faded. Paint chip:
